Product Warranty
Bushman warrants, to the original owner, that products are free from defects in workmanship and material for a minimum period of three (3) years from the purchase date. Some products have a longer warranty period as advertised. All 2026 model and later compressors have a 7-year lifetime warranty. This warranty shall be limited to repairing or replacing, at Bushman’s option and without charge to the purchaser, defective components. All warranty work shall be performed at a Bushman approved facility.
Shipping charges related to returning the product to the Bushman facility are not covered under this warranty. However, this warranty covers shipping charges related to returning the repaired product to the customer.
This warranty does not apply to damage or wear to the product caused by normal use, accident, abuse, misuse, neglect, unauthorised alteration or repair, or if the product was not used in accordance with Bushman printed installation and operating instructions.
To obtain service under this warranty, the defective product must be returned to Bushman or an approved service agent together with a copy of the original purchase receipt. Any product repaired or replaced under this warranty will be warranted for the balance of the warranty period with respect to the original purchased product. Bushman is not liable for any incidental or consequential loss or damages whatsoever because of use or misuse of this product. Any statutory warranty also applies, see Australian Consumer Law below.
Refund and Returns Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know within 7 days from the time you receive your goods and we will give you a full refund of the price of the goods purchased, excluding any delivery charges, and subject to the return of the original goods to us or the place of purchase in their as new and unused condition.
Please contact us via the email on your purchase receipt within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems.
This 7-day refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post or a reputable freight company.
You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit; therefore, advise you take out shipment registration and insurance with your carrier. Bushman will not be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.
Australian Consumer Law
The Australian Consumer Law (ACL) safeguards consumers by providing automatic guarantees when purchasing goods and services. Under the ACL, products must be of acceptable quality, free from faults, and suitable for their intended purpose. These protections, known as Consumer Guarantees, apply automatically whenever goods or services are supplied to a consumer.
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be removed or limited under the Australian Consumer Law. You have the right to a replacement or refund if there is a major failure. Where goods are not of acceptable quality, but the issue is not a major failure, you are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced.
Consumer Guarantees do not have a fixed expiry period. Instead, they generally apply for a length of time that is reasonable to expect, considering factors such as the product’s quality, price, and any statements made about it.
