Bushman Fridges is an Australian company that sells caravan, camping, off-grid living and other fridges, freezers, accessories and parts.

We use the WooCommerce (via WordPress) platform to operate our online store and facilitate online purchases of our products.  WordPress is a US based website building platform. We use third party payment processing platforms to process payments for the purchase of our products.

  • service providers to whom we may outsource certain functions, include for example:
    • PayPal (third party payment processing service provider);
    • Stripe (payment processing software);
    • Braintree (payment processing software);
    • Google Pay (third party payment processing service provider);
    • Apple Pay (third party payment processing service provider);
    • XERO (accounting software).

When you chose to complete your purchase and check out via one of the above services.  You can access the privacy policies for each service provided on their websites.

Third parties that we may need to disclose your personal information to may also include:

  • entities that provide services to us, including for advertising, marketing and communication purposes;
  • DotDigital – we may provide your name and email address to DotDigital only to enable our email communication with you. DotDigital is a London based email & SMS marketing company.
  • any other parties that you authorise or that we are required or permitted by law to share information with.

However, for each of the above circumstances, we will only disclose the amount of information necessary for the relevant purpose.

Information is only disclosed overseas via third party service provider and platform that we engage with to carry out our services.

Stripe, Inc. is an Irish-American multinational financial services and software as a service company dual-headquartered in San Francisco, California, United States, and Dublin, Ireland.

DotDigital is London, UK based.

WordPress and PayPal, and GooglePay (being a service developed by Google) are US based.

XERO is headquartered is Wellington, New Zealand.
